In the fall, I interviewed Liz Aviles, Vice President of Market Intelligence at Upshot. While we chatted after we recorded the interview, she said she wanted to turn the tables and interview me. So, after 39 episodes, Liz took over the host duties this week and I am the guest on episode #40. Liz gave me the opportunity to talk about how the podcast is going and about my career so far. It was fun answering some of the same questions that I ask my guests about their management, budget and organization skills, as well as why I went to library school and does that reasoning hold up.
